whirlwind

It was such a whirlwind of a labor day weekend...I mostly worked at another outdoor festival Saturday & Sunday but definitely found some time yesterday to snuggle with my two favorite people (well, one favorite person & one favorite four-legged pug).  At least I think she is a pug, this photo leads me to believe she's probably half teddy bear. (she was waking up from our little napping session.)

I have been knitting away today catching up on some orders & while doing so have been daydreaming about all the fun things that I am looking forward too.

For instance....
*I finally treated myself to these bad boys & am anxiously awaiting their arrival on my doorstep. I'm pretty sure I will be wearing them everyday.

*I am getting my hair cut/trimmed on Saturday (always fun!)
*I am hoping to get started on & finish a fun little crafty project this weekend
*& I also want to get some new mustache/bow bootie styles photographed & up in the shop (*hint: there will probably be stripes involved...because I'm obsessed)

Whew! Let's hope I can squeeze it all in. Anyone else looking forward to super fun things?!

Side note: I am totally enamored with the color yellow right now?!  I keep seeing it everywhere & had to join in the fun by painting my nails yellow.  (this is American Apparel's "Manila" nail polish)
